✦ YOUR 3-6-9 ACTIVATION RITUAL ✦ Perform this when your blanket arrives to anchor its energy to you.
3 Ground It Hold your blanket in both hands. Take 3 deep breaths inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. With each breath, say aloud or in your mind:
"I am grounded. I am present. I receive."
6 Charge It Wrap the blanket around your shoulders. Place one hand over your heart. Repeat this affirmation 6 times:
"Everything I desire is already flowing to me. I am in alignment."
9 Seal It Lay the blanket flat. Trace a spiral over it with your hand from center outward. Do this 9 times clockwise. As you trace, visualize your highest intention already fulfilled. Close with:
"It is done. It is sealed. It is mine."
Your blanket is now activated. Use it during journaling, meditation, rest, or whenever you need to return to your frequency.
